Mr. Jose A. Blazquez has extensive legal expertise including significant trial experience, high stakes negotiations and mediations, contract drafting and negotiation, and representation of large and small businesses and individuals. He regularly handles matters involving accidents, business disputes and dissolution, contracts, divorce, premises liability, products liability, and real estate.
Mr. Blazquez has litigated in venues throughout Texas and beyond and was honored as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010 and 2011. He also regularly receives attorney and guardian ad litem appointments from courts throughout the Houston metropolitan area.
A 2001 graduate of Texas Tech School of Law and a 1999 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Mr. Blazquez is also a trained mediator, working to aid other litigants in getting their disputes settled.
Mr. Blazquez was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and raised in Florida and Texas. He is a native Spanish speaker.
